• AI service providers (Anthropic and/or OpenAI) — our website chatbot and internal proposal-drafting tools are powered by these providers. Messages you send our chatbot are processed by these services in order to generate a response.
• Cloudflare — provides security and content delivery for our website; it processes standard web traffic data as part of that service.

Each of these providers is only given the information necessary for the specific service they perform for us, and is expected to handle it securely. We do not share your information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

We may also disclose personal information if required to do so by law, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our customers or the public.

Data Security

We maintain organizational, physical, and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold, including access controls based on staff role, encrypted connections (HTTPS), rate-limiting and monitoring against unauthorized login attempts, and regular data backups.
